Sooooooooooooooooooo pretty!!! We only have one kind of bearded iris...I should really buy more but gosh, they are so expensive!! This year we have a bumper crop of our purple ones, at least 15-20 blossoms this year...maybe more like 30. So many! It's wonderful. This is lovely, such a delicate color.

I was never an Iris lover really. Then we moved here.. and WOW !!

We have drought... life sucking drought but they seem to muddle through. The Iris beds need thinning out... its a "must do " job.... but the days are never long enough !

Re Tilly.... I honestly prefer most animals to most people ! My "Boys" are my saviours !
