I dropped the bulb whilst taking the photo and the filaments inside have broken, so now it doesn't work :-(

Thanks Güni...........yes I was very close indeed. I used a tripod to keep my camera steady with an LED panel for the background. Glad you like it.

Thank you Wilhelm. We still have one or two, my wife needs quite a bright light to use her sewing machine and to read, so we try and keep a couple handy.

Schön, dass Du noch solche Glühbirnen hast...das "Zittern", wenn der Glühdraht reißt...das Licht, das er verströmt...die neuen Lampen sind so hässlich....

Glad you approve of my efforts Tanja...........I was indeed very close to the bulb, almost touching the glass.

Most of our bulbs are now LEDs, but we keep a couple of "real" ones for when we need a bit more light.
