I agree with trester88. Including the scruffy surroundings accentuates the striking quality of this work. I suppose if I thought about it I'd find it says something about art, too, but thinking is so inconvenient at my advanced age.

Thanks John..........a bit of context can be really important with street art and graffiti images, unless you're going for close up and detailed shots. Glad you like this one.
