Happy Fence Friday everyone...............I hope you all have an enjoyable weekend, whatever you're doing. Stay safe though..!!
Thank you to everyone who has visited my photo-stream over the past week or so, especially those who have left a comment and/or a star!
St. Huberts Church Idsworth, Nr Finchdean, Hampshire, was built in 1053. It is a Grade I listed building. One of my favourite churches to visit (when we're not in lockdown). It sits in the middle of a field and depending on the time of the year can be surrounded by grass, poppies, oilseed rape or other crops.
Taken with my Olympus EM1 MkII, 12-100mm lens, ISO200, 1/125, f10.
Check out the link for more info on this church: www.hampshire-history.com/st-huberts-church-idsworth

HFF Keith!!
HFF, Keith and stay safe
It's a lovely old church. Not sure why it's presented twice though (not that I dislike the double effect, just wondering why! Couldn't you decide whether to include the couple or not?).

I envy you the opportunity to see this lovely church where it sits whenever you like (except during lockdown, heh). It reminds me of the famous lavender field in Provence with the beautiful abby: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%A9nanque_Abbey
Not the same of course but it was fun to think about. We were there but after the bloom so not as pretty, though still cool! :)
Oh! HFF! :D
HFF, have a great weekend. Herb
Stay safe and healthy!
Here's a link to a view of it in the oilseed rape season: www.ipernity.com/doc/keithburton/19687983/in/album/385223
