A beautifully kept park in the heart of Portsmouth, Hampshire. The building in the background is a hotel and, I think, very attractive. I initially thought it was student accommodation.

The window detail in the PiP is not from this building but from another similar one where I could get closer.

Thanks Jean Paul.............and yes, they are pampered a bit, but they bring a lot of money into the local economy and that's even more important nowadays.
