It is good to try something different Keith and this works beautifully. The shapes and textures are great. It would have been nice to see the original in PiP. Hope you have a good new week.

This is the original Rosa.......I used manual focus to create the bokeh. Other than that I just upped the vibrance and clarity a little and added a vignette. Glad you like it.

I am impressed Keith! I have a picture that I will upload in PiP soon that I would love your views on, about the background bokeh!

Very effective Keith, I like your explanation to Rosa how you achieved the end result. I've been trying to count the number of blades on the aperture, one count it's 7 then the next count I make it 8!

It's a fantastic lens............I've got the 12-100mm f4 Pro lens too and I intended to sell on the 12-40, but I just can't bring myself to do it :-) The f2.8 aperture ratio is just perfect for this sort of shot.

I would hang on to it if you possibly can, I have the basic Kit 14-42mm which I use mainly inside buildings and It's lovely to use. I bought it separately after PX the O-MD EM10 for the O-MD EM5 which only came with the 14-150mm.
