Conduit House

Conduit House
Situated in the grounds of the Cowdray Estate, Midhurst, West Sussex this has also been known as the Round House or Round Tower. It used to house a water tank which supplied the water for the nearby Cowdray House. Nowadays it is a private residence .

I have seen a few water towers that have been converted to houses, but this is probably the nicest. A beautiful shot and a great sky Keith.

More octogonal than round, what a place! I'd love to have a peek inside, I bet they have a hidden roof terrace:-) Beautoful clarity in the stone work and an interesting sky.
