SV Tenacious

Taken yesterday afternoon as just outside the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour. I would have liked to have seen her in full sail, but she is still beautiful like this.

The SV Tenacious is a modern British wooden sail training ship, specially designed in the 1990s to accommodate anyone over 16 with a disability. When completed in 2000, it was the largest wooden ship to be built in the UK for over 100 years. (Info from Wikipedia).

Cheers Diane................there are two of these specially fitted out ships, which belong to the Jubilee Sailing Trust SV Lord Nelson being the other.
