The eagle is our national symbol here in the U.S.A. so I choose this photo to celebrate our "Independence Day" July 4th, but I realize that eagles mean something special to most everyone as they are a fantastic and majestic bird.

I was so excited to be able to see these eagles right down the road from where I live. What an joy to watch them dive into the water below and then go up and land in this big fir tree.
