Cedar waxwing cleaning up the joint

Cedar waxwing cleaning up the joint
This was a couple of hours ago, Sunday afternoon, on a wooded dirt road

just to the SE of the downtown. We saw five cedar waxwings in a

freshly-leafing-out dogberry tree (= American mountain ash or,

alternatively, the Showy mountain ash). They were chowing down on the

dried-out berries from last fall.
