Hops

If I'd been there, I would have harvested my hops last weekend. Today,

two days past the equinox, they are past their prime. But most of

them are still rich with that yellow resinous pollen. So I cut a

small bag of them and they are in my freezer now, waiting for me to

put down a batch of beer.
