The tide was on its way in and just showing a little splash against the rocks
When there is a storm or a rough sea, then the waves break over these rocks with quite a force, making great splashes. When the tide is fully in when there is a storm, can really produce great splashes over the walls - everyone gets wet then!!!!

Moi aussi Danielle, surtout quand il y a une tempête et que les vagues se brisent vraiment contre les rochers. Je vis à environ 3 miles d'ici, mais parce qu'il y a une vallée entre moi et l'autre colline en face - les jours d'orage, j'entends parfois la mer de chez moi. Merveilleux.

Ne t'inquiète pas Rosemma, où je suis assise à regarder la mer, je suis loin d'ici. La mer ne monte pas près de l'endroit où je suis assise. Un zoom est une chose merveilleuse !!!!

Yeah...we are lucky that the weather prediction is as good as it is but still, you never can tell how things will work out, right?

And as for the optical migraines, you know...I think that once again, our ketogenic lifestyle is helping me in more ways than I know. I haven't had a sickness since going on keto, and no optical migraines either. BTW I don't know if you ever talked much about your hemorhage... I will go over to your page to see if you wrote about it. I am so sorry...I was aware of it but I don't know any details. I am glad that you have recovered.

I did some looking around but didn't find any article that talked specifically about when you got sick. If you have it somewhere I would love the link. *big hugs*

I'm so pleased you've found a diet which helps you with your awful migraines. I don't know too much about ketogenic lifestyles, so I can't comment on them. I haven't written about my haemorrhage, and don't think people would want me to talk about it in a blog. If you want to know about it, then I can write to you in a message. It was almost 12 years ago now, and even though I am sort of recovered, I'm still a lot different from how I used to be before. My essence hasn't changed though - which is a tremendous bonus, as far as my family and friends are concerned too.
