The wonderful banana plant


I was absolutely amazed to see this enormous amount of bananas growing in the garden next door to my daughter's house!! Unfortunately it wasn't time for them to be gathered, so I wasn't able to sample them.
I've included inserts showing the amazing pattern around the base of this plant - the orange and yellow flowers that are planted that apparently repel mosquitoes.
