The long spring snow has finally come to an end.

It's been snowing for two days. The grass and daffodil buds that were finally visible after a long winter have been buried under a fresh blanket of snow. Spring in New England, they say.

I sold my house in the historic district and moved back into my childhood home with my mother. We have plans to build an addition onto her house for me and I'll be building a barn for the mules. Hopefully this is my last move. My new neighbor, here, Little Deer, is standing about where the corner of my new home will be.

I'm a guest in my mother's home for the time being, but it's great that she's open to letting me do my thing. Thank goodness my love of gardening and plants was inherited from her! Top shelf - 6 varieties of tomato, sweet and hot peppers, and radicchio. Bottom shelf - various flower seeds collected from my garden left behind.
