A Canadian institution (an Ontario and Quebec one, at least): the chip wagon.

As far as I'm concerned, if they ain't chunky they ain't fries.

I am sure this establishment also offers the convenience of a two-litre spray bottle of malt vinegar.

Thanks, Herb. I must admit that I spent most of my life in Toronto and have never eaten poutine;. you don't see it outside tourist areas in Toronto. I like all the ingredients, though. Just never got round to the combination. Ketchup is popular here, but chip wagons seem always to have malt vinegar, as do fish restaurants.
