Your sandwich may vary

No offence but I'd avoid this one!

Not a bad decision, Denis. This was a sandwich de convenance. I bought it so I wouldn't have to prepare anthing to eat when I got back from doing the groceries.

Still I miss s.th.
I miss some colours.
A bit green from a leaf of lettuce, and some red from sweet peppers and one or two tiny slices of tomatoe (what even could add some yellow), thin cut chives, parsley, some rings of red onions ... - yarch, I am garderner, that's what it is ... ;-)

Now that Ontario is slowly opening up again, Leon, I may be able to find some more colourful sandwiches. I don't keep bread at home so rely on retail suppliers. That will add some variety to the series, which will continue one way or another.
