Thanks, Steve. This is a supermarket. I don't know how you could trademark that phrase, so maybe it just means they've applied for one. If you can trademark that phrase then I'd quickly get a trademark on your name before somebody else does. Ooooh -- I just remembered how many John FitzGerald/Fitzgerald/Fitz-Gerald/Fitz Geralds there are.
