For a moment, the safety signs made we think this was at the bottom of a ski lift!!! Then the wheels, and the reality, set in. The whimsicality came home to roost.

Nice contrast of the red red and the dimmed red, and the shopping cart rail not really lined up with the perfectly straight reddish bar does give the feeling that it is out of place, which I'm sure it is. Or should we see this as lines and colors and forget the implication of petty vandalism?
