I was hoping a red car would come along but no luck...


..so I end up with a big hole in the centre of the picture but what can you do eh red cars don't grow on trees.

You do have interesting shadows to fill some of the void. And you are well on the way to having a book on the emptiness of suburbia in the 21's Century. After all, many of them are caught between the history and closeness of a smaller, outlying town and the vibrancy of the city.
Enough suburban bashing. The angle does add a lot to the interest of the shot. I remember one fellow saying, "Something in the picture needs to be a level line," and you have one - that signpost toward the right - and it anchors the whole picture.

I suspect part of the reason is that Londoners aren't as infatuated with Canada Goose as Torontonians are.
