small postcard for richard

This whole postcard (shown front & back) is only 3 1/2" x 5." I almost never work small, so I have no idea what I'm doing. But the postcards that the USPS makes are cool: their only disadvantage is that the paper is so cheap, it causes ink to feather. (See my "Fi" signature at bottom right for an example of feathering. The wiggly/cockeyed nature of the address, on the other hand, is intentional.) Oh, and if you're wondering why I'm letting Richard's address show, it's because it's already posted in numerous places on the net.
Something I noticed while putting the stamps on: When did the post office stop using the cross bar in the abbreviation for "cents"? And why? Curious minds would like to know.
