The oldest long-distance cycling road event (dating from 1891), a 1200 km bicycle race from Paris to Brest and back to Paris, called PARIS-BREST-PARIS is crossing the village during 4 days: the most recent edition of PBP is running from 18th to 22nd August 2019. The whole village is decorated to welcome and encourage the cyclists (see PiP's).

La plus ancienne épreuve cycliste de longue distance sur route (datant de 1891), une course cycliste de 1200 km de Paris à Brest et retour à Paris, appelée PARIS-BREST-PARIS traverse le village pendant 4 jours : la dernière édition du PBP a lieu du 18 au 22 août 2019. Thanks Carol,,perhaps the cyclists hadn't had the time to appreciate all the decorations along their way, but sure, all the visitors and spectators.
