Look at these street photos in one of the most beautiful villages in Brittany...
I took a picture by zooming on this hiker, he is really worth the photo with his wooden clogs! Then he stopped and discussed with a Breton lady in her typical costume. I could not help but ask if I could take a picture of them together, they agreed.
We then saw a harp player on the steps of the well who uttered his beautiful tune, and - we saw, most incongruous in this old medieval village, a troop of militaries with their submachine gun!! I didn't dare to take a photo of the whole troop;-)

Merci Pascal. Alors, la prochaine fois je te ferai signe ;-) Nous avons pris un verre au Prieuré, mais n'y n'avons pas mangé. La présence des militaires, nous nous sommes vraiment posés la question, peut-être à cause de "La Grande Troménie" qui avait eu lieu en juillet et qui faisait venir énormément de gens (plan vigipirate ??).

Ha, Locronan. Ein wunderbarer Ort. Ich war in den 80ern und 90ern mehrmals dort (zuletzt mit dem Wohnmobil 2013 leider wurde das Örtchen von Jahr zu Jahr immer voller. Ich besitze noch eine Ledertasche, die ich mir damals dort geleistet habe :-) Tolle Aufnahmen!

Danke Lothar. Damals kannte ich es noch nicht, aber heute fand' ich es wirklich voll. Das Auto muss man vor dem Ort auf einem grossen Parkplatz lassen (kostet 4 €, gültig das ganze Jahr), d.h. kein Verkehr mehr in den engen Strassen, und dadurch hat man noch mehr den Eindruck, in die Vergangenheit zurück gesetzt zu werden...

I have no idea, Dinesh, but what I know is that I preferred to zoom on him - he had not been very smiling;-)) And it was truly incongruous to see a submachine gun in front of the old church in this medieval village!!!
