Anyway, glad you like Shaky. He was much aligned in many quarters for his style of music especially in the Eighties when the charts here were being taken over by New Wave, New Romantics and predominantly Electronic music.

However, I've been a huge fan since first seeing him appear on the 'Oh Boy' TV programme in the late Seventies. He also, despite his critics, went on to become the UK's biggest-selling singles artist of the 1980s with 33 Top 40 hit singles: including three chart topping hits - Green Door, This Ole House and of course Merry Christmas Everyone!

Anyway, enough about the UK's very own 'Elvis' ... here's wishing you and your family all the very best for Christmas and the coming New Year! :)
