Dem sehr aromatisch-bitteren Wurzelbrand werden diverse positive Wirkungen auf die Gesundheit zugeschrieben, insbesondere ist er ein Digestif (Verdauungsschnaps).

In Tirol ist er registriertes traditionelles Lebensmittel... so sind die Tiroler !!!!!!

Yes, aNNa, I love the yellow ones too, as well as the spring ones - so delicate - that flirt with the glaciers, ma mama mia... But the "blue" ones make the synthesis, provide a liquor that I don't like ;) but that smells so good the mountain, source of intoxication and freedom, and of our wild soul, isn't it ?!?
