This image was taken with pure luck, I had the 100mm macro fitted with 36mm of extension tubes on the camera when this butterfly landed on the Verbena next to me, the plant was blowing around in the breeze so I framed and focused as best I could and took a shot, this is the result, I'm amazed it is even in the frame never mind it being mostly in focus as well. Full flash and uncropped.
