Freia was founded in 1889 and is Norway's largest chocolate producer which sadly was taken over in 1993 by Kraft/ Mondelez.

A very well thought out composition...........and I like the ceramic background all under very nice lighting. The chocolate looks delicious and you've probably eaten it all by now - I know I would have :-)

Thanks a lot, Keith! I brought back two rolls of chocolate (the pieces are small) and of course the last bits didn't survive the photo for long;-) I usually prefer plain chocolate but this stuff has a certain holiday feeling!

Thanik you so much, Rosa! Isn't it a shame that the multinationals buy up everything.....At least the taste doesn't seem to have changed (unlike Cadbury's) , as Freia's market is mainly Norwegian and people probably would have stopped buying the stuff;-)

Wenn, sollte dann Schokolade doch einen möglichst hohen Kakao Anteil haben, oder?!
Ich habe mal gehört das es eine "Ritter Sport" ohne Zucker gibt, diese aber nicht als
Schokolade bezeichnet werden darf. Aber... ist eine andere Welt für mich ;)

Ich kaufe hierzulande immer GEPA 85% oder Rapunzel 85 bzw. 90%. Im Urlaub rutscht man auch mal aus;-)
Am besten sind (Bio) cacao nibs: 100% Kakao und sonst nix, gut im Müsli!
