Nice - La Poulette

The yellow "La Poulette", in the middle of the old town of Nice, offers of course all kind of poultry, including Oie (goose), Chapon (capon), Dinde (turkey), Pintade (guineafowl) and even pidgeons, as that is why the store is named "La Poulette". But Mr. Chervet, who runs the store, offers as well a wide variety on other farm products and a good choice of cheeses. The variety of french cheeses - is impressing.
In November 2010 "french food" or "french gastronomy" (I am not sure) was added to the UNESCO list of "intangible cultural heritage", but in both the cheese plays in important role.
