Nice - Patisserie


Nice offers many shops, but many of them are not that interesting, as (at least for me!) all Zara-shops look the same. Worldwide. But then there are shops that catch my eye.
The patisserie of Henri Auer did that of course. Please note on right window and read "MAISON - AUER - NICE - DE PÈRE EN FILS - DEPUIS 1820". That means, that this wonderful shop, that seems to originate from an old fairy-tale, was founded for the first tourist in Nice. This patisserie was exactly 190 years old, when I stood in front of it. If you want to visit "Maison Auer", you´ll find it just behind the "Opera de Nice". But they ship their products as well.
