Janville - Saint-Étienne

A predecessing church existed in Janesville already within the 11th century. Maybe even much earlier. Large parts of the structure still date back to 12th and 13th century, but the church got ruined during the Hundred Years’ War. Rebuilding took centuries - and the octogonal choir, started around 1510 never got completed.
