Liguria - Italia Area marina protetta La riserva riveste anche una grandeimportanza per la subacquea, con alcuni interessanti punti di immersione di interesse naturalistico. Tre sono i principali punti di immersione in prossimità dell'isola: il Pifferaio Immersione facile, adatta ai principianti, che digrada dai 9 metri lentamente fino ai 18 metri di profondità. la Franata Immersione intermedia, si spinge dai 20 fino ai 30 metri di profondità. Durante l'immersione notturna è facile incontrare esemplari di Alicia mirabilis. il Canalone Un canalone roccioso si immerge dai 7 fino ai 10 metri circa di profondità, ricco di gronghi, murene, aragoste e castagnole. Talvolta si possono trovare anche esemplari piuttosto grandi di rana pescatrice. la Grottina Frequentata dai principianti si trova in località Torre del mare, è una grotta raggiungibile dalla spiaggia. Il tunnel subacqueo sbocca in una grotta aerea, frequentata dai turisti.

Carpobrotus (commonly known as Pigface, Hottentot Plant or Ice plants) is a genus of ground-creeping plants, with succulent leaves and large daisy-like flowers. The name refers to the edible fruits. It comes from the Greek "karpos" (fruit) and "brota" (edible). Carpobrotus N.E. Br, 1925 è un genere di piante appartenente alla famiglia delle Aizoaceae, il cui nome deriva dal greco "karpos" (frutto) e "brotos" (edule). Volgarmente indicato come fico degli Ottentotti, è conosciuto in Italia anche con il nome unghia di strega. Arles - Provence - France PiP In realtà il suo famoso ponte non era esattamente qui e non esiste più, ma la città di Arles ne ha acquistato uno molto simile dalla città di Fos-sur-mer, poco lontano, da dove era stato smantellato per far posto a uno che sopportasse il passaggio delle auto.
