Het bord suggereert nu dat mondkapjes nu een soort loterij zijn.

De Nederlandse overheid kan op grond van de Grondwet geen plicht tot het dragen van mondkapjes in openbare ruimte opdragen. Organisaties kunnen dat wel aan hun bezoekers opdragen, ook al zijn deze organisaties openbaar toegankelijk. Zo is in het OV het dragen van mondkapjes verplicht.

The billboard now suggests: "Mouth masks ... from The Netherlands' Lottery can bought here!" as mouth masks are a kind of lottery ticket (!)

Under the Constitution, the Dutch government cannot impose an obligation to wear mouth masks in public places. Organisations can, however, instruct their visitors to do so, even though these organisations are open to the public. In public transport, for example, it is compulsory to wear mouth masks.
