Grand catch and release

On 6 May 2013, I called in at Fish Creek Park and watched as this new fisherman on the far side of the creek cast his line and within maybe a matter of seconds, caught this rather fine fish. He gave us a lucky photo opportunity - and then quickly released the fish back into the creek. Does anyone know if this is a Brown Trout?
