On 6 May 2013, I called in at Fish Creek Park and watched as this new fisherman on the far side of the creek cast his line and within maybe a matter of seconds, caught this rather fine fish. He gave us a lucky photo opportunity - and then quickly released the fish back into the creek. Does anyone know if this is a Brown Trout? Answer: yes, thanks so much, everyone, for confirming that this is a Brown Trout!

It was a challenge to photograph this tiny butterfly, on someone's finger - just windy enough to make things difficult : ) Hopefully, this blurry photo will be sufficient to get a positive ID. I think it may be a Brown Elfin, but if someone can either confirm or correct this, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks, Art (LeapFrog!) for taking the time to confirm the ID, Brown Elfin!
