We are not far from Bristol, UK
Quite often, if I enter "Bristol weather" in a hurry on my laptop, I get the weather from Bristol, England - generally quite different than ours!
Bristol is also a very popular town name in a large number of U.S. states.
Bristol, Vermont was originally named "Pocock", although it was changed a couple of hundred years ago.
