Vintage College Play?

Brought forward, at Alan's suggestion, for the Vintage Photos Theme Park theme of "ALREADY UPLOADED - ANYTHING GOES!
The nervous looking "baby" is holding a Teddy Bear. What is the maid holding?
Found in South Burlington, Vermont.
It's a small snapshot 21/4 by 31/4.
I'm guessing this is between 1914 and 1920.
I wish I could say there was an explanation on the back.
