Interior Shot c1900

I don't know who these people are but the photo on the far right of the mantel is the picture of Fred Grimshaw in my Grimshaw set - with the toy horse at his feet.
It could be Ada in the middle, her grandmother Maryann to the left and her mother Sarah Grimshaw to the right.
From the Halkard/Grimshaw"Unspecified" album.
Ada b. 1883 - so I think this would be c.1998. (She would be 15)
Sarah Halkyard (Grimshaw) b.1859 (She would be 39)
Can't be Sarah's mother on the left as she died in 1885 - unless "Grandmother" Holkard" is not the same as Mary Ann Halkard.
It is a mystery who these people are but it was SO fun to discover that the photo on the far right of the mantel was Fred Grimshaw - the little boy with the toy horse in my photo stream under Grimshaw Family Set.
Fred's picture was not in the Halkard/Grimshaw Album - it came to me from my mother in law and was framed (not the same frame though.)
My family thought it was crazy that I would look at this picture so closely that I could see this - but I know that other vintage photo lovers can relate!
A note from a Dave Miller when posted years ago on Flkr.
"The print on the wall I have noted is "Baby Stuart" by Van Dyke. My grandmother from New Jersey always had this picture hanging in her house. I think my mother has it up now."
