Arthur Thomas Gregory - 2nd Portrait

Sent to me by Laura whose grandfather Len was also my grandfather William's brother. This is my grandfather's next oldest brother, Arthur.
Arthur, the second oldest son, was killed - actually, died from his wounds. His parents went to find out the status of their son, George, who had also been injured and discovered that both their middle sons (Arthur and George) were dead. One of the countless tragic stories.
Arthur's fiancee eventually married his brother - my grandfather, William - but kept a photograph of Arthur in her jewelry box until she died.
