Damn (sorry!), it really sucks!! I really don't know if I should take the effort to start for the third time a photo site...
Biggest problem is losing all the friends. They will scatter to the four winds now I guess...
L. L. Wall club has replied to polytropos clubI am going to keep trying. But I lament losing the friends, but it seems a continuing pain-to-the-heart (even in 2014 when Google put Pano into that GE/Maps turmoil, many longtime users just quit using Pano and some deleted their accounts) ...
Do not apologize for "Damn"; I am going to try to translate Damn into as many languages as I can, and then publish it. Actually the list of profanities I'm feeling is long and distinguished, and certainly not publishable.
My father used to call photos "immortal celluloid" and perhaps cyber-photos are not immortal ... but I'm going to try to hang onto as many friends as I can ... I will be looking for a place to do that.
Beste Grüße, Wally
I have joined 23hq.
It's nice and friendly and there is already an ipernity group there. But it's small and I think there could be issues of viability. I may only be there for a short time but I don't know. We'll see!!!!
Best wishes, Andy
The real trouble is that many photographers chose to leave IP before the end instead of remaining here and publishing new photo ....
All the best
Fabio
