so the proper glasses, we finally got our hands on, was of no use. We stood outside and did not need any glasses. BUT it was indeed Awesome anyway Nick. to have nearly darkness (our area had 90% blackout) was so incredibly overwhelming, to see that occur at 2:45 PM just after lunch! wow! outside lights came on, cars passing with lights on... Such a moment,!! we saw it with 2 grand children and one of our sons. fantastic! best of wishes and hugs too, Sarah
