Immer Vorsicht bei den Raupen, Peter.
Die Prozessionsraupen oder auch Eichenprozessionsspinner können ihre feine Haare schießen. Das kann zu schmerzhaften Entzündungen der Haut führen.

Yes, Steve has given me the same warning below! In this case I was very careful to stay a long way from them, take the photo and walk away! As I remember I had a very thick jacket with long sleeves too!!
