Great to see you back with us, and thank you so much for visiting.

This area used to be the docks, full of warehouses, and strings of goods wagons everywhere. The docks railway system was massive, with loads of its own locomotives.
Now it is all gone, and these posh flats built instead.

As i remember, I was visiting here for work. It is ideal for the city centre, the tram stops just outside (as you have noticed), and you can park your car in the hotel for free!

Once upon a time Trafford Park and Manchester docks used to be exporting stuff all over the world (especially when we ruled most of it). Those days are gone now, but a visit would do no harm!!

But Sheffield, Leeds, Glasgow and Aberdeen many times.

Another place I have never visited. I bet it looked very different when it was the docks. I have been to Liverpool and the Albert Docks there, which I really enjoyed.

Thank you so much for your kind visit here. I do remember the docks here from my younger days... I used to work in a factory in Trafford Park (just across the river) one year when I was on holiday from university.. Now it is all gone...
