To get there is a nice walk through a couple of parks, complete with blossoms on the trees. Füsun has added a bit more information on the building itself, but there is also a major refurbishment project taking place of the river and its facilities, so a place to return to in the future!

On this day it was closed. As I said to Karen above, there is a lot of reconstruction going on there at the moment, so a lot of the river bank is closed off in line with normal 'elf n safety.

My dear Peter,

A wonderful capture!!
There was a ship port some years ago there . And this old building was working for passangers.
It is a nice buiding and looks more pretty through the ormate iron fence! Such a beautiful composition!! And of course another wonderful memory!
