Enjoy your week ahead.
Best Wishes

This is very successful in monochrome. I remember Princes Risborough only because we spent a term on it in Geography...i cannot remember a thing about the place now!
Best wishes for the coming week,
Rosa.
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneYour visit and kind words are much appreciated. Thank you so much.
I don't know anything about Princes Risborough either. Seems a bit of a waste of a terms teaching.. How about York, Cambridge, etc. Plenty to talk about there!!
The train comes into the station, the locomotive runs round the coaches, and the train leaves again... No time to explore this wonderful town, of which you were once so knowledgeable!
Enjoy your week ahead.
Best Wishes
Peter
Rosalyn Hilborne has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubI like the picture which you took in this special day on Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway very much!! I know you have lots of pictures which taken from the cab of loco. But this one is really so beautiful!
I think the building in far must be signalbox?
The B&W version of the picture is going very well with the ‘Spirit of the 1940s’ event !
So a big YS from me!!

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to gezginruh clubThank you so much for visiting this railway in the war time. Of course, no colour photos in those days.. You are right, I do have quite a few pictures from locomotive cabs, perhaps most memorably www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/44664808
I had been driving it that morning, then went to the airport to pick you up, and came back for the freight train...
And you are right about the signal box too!!
I hope you have a wonderful week
Love Peter
