Well, it's what this area of Chamartín looks like after being trashed by various political parties, and construction companies' greed and .. and ... politics of course (again), and this has been a wasteland for eons. At least the street artists were encouraged to give some degree of interest to the place.
I took a peek at the area a while ago and the street art has gone and the site is a derelect wasteland yet again. And in the heart of the wealthiest part of Madrid. Weird or what?
Ours is to wonder why ...
