Andy Rodker club has replied to Jenny McIntyre club.. .However ...
The "Spaghetti Westerns" were shot in Almeria province in the south and the only true desert area on the European mainland.
Although no westerns were shot here, they WERE shot only a few miles away in the spectacular granite fantasy world of La Pedriza. That was in the days of silent and black and white films and had nothing to do with Hollywood but all to do with an incipient Spanish film industry in the 1920s.
Jean,
Jenny,
Many thanks!
