Andy Rodker club has replied to Jenny McIntyre clubBusiness English classes are BEFORE work, during lunchtimes and AFTER work. So the days are, unavoidably, very long!
I had no idea that speaking English was so grueling...for you, that is! You've got a nice, eclectic display, there. Love the entertaining shot!
Andy Rodker club has replied to Diane Putnam clubThank you for 'eclectic'; high praise indeed, Diane!
Andy Rodker club has replied to Ulrich John clubNow I'm retired I rarely use an alarm clock...............it's wonderful..!!
Andy Rodker club has replied to Keith Burton clubNow, I set my smart phone at the desired hour (well, not desired actually but you know what I mean) and place it in the far corner of the room. I also have a small digital alarm by my bed. It is timed to go off 5 minutes before the phone alarm. Those 4 minute and 45 seconds are crucial for a well managed wakey-wakey! That walk / stumble across the room to get to the phone before it goes off is what really wakes me up! (That and the occasional stubbed toe and very strong coffee!).
