A funny thing happened here. I cropped and edited this shot and when I came to upload, the unedited version turned up! It's OK, so I will leave it but the only version I saved and uploaded was the edited one. It's not the first time this has happened recently!!! At the end of the day it must be something I'm not doing right!

Hi Jenny, I live in the centre of Madrid and Colmenar de Oreja is a pretty market town about 30 miles to the south, near the border with Toledo Province. I took the bus there one day as I was recovering from illness and it was my first day out on my own (in other words, without my girlfriend; it was a working day) for quite some time. I had heard it was a nice town and undiscovered by tourists. It was indeed so! I have a few other shots from there but they were preparing for their annual fête and bull festival so I couldn't really see the main square. It looked like this:

Thank you Nick and HANWE to you too, although I usually have a separate HANWE shot wh. I post on Friday evenings. I think I confuse people by naming an album with both HFF and HANWE. I think I will make two albums out of the one, to avoid confusion!

Hi Andy, it is quite amazing just how many of our photos have a fence in it somewhere. I find it difficult to imagine that you were looking for fences for this HFF group in 2016. Great shot anyway.

True, Herb and yet fences are very few and far between in both my part of Cornwall and Central Spain! So I was fortunate to have this unpublished shot in my archives!

I find I have the same problem, Rosa and all the time! I find a spare 2-3 hours at the weekend to try and catch up, manage to do so and in no time at all I'm 4 days behind again. And again and again and again!!!! I am grateful I don't do Fb; even if I were retired, I would find it too much to handle more than one social media site!
