Yes, and it did feel spooky! It had rained a lot and there was a bit of mist too. We drove back in thick fog later which added to the spookiness.

My Canon Ixus 700 digital did great night shots that I haven't been able to approach in quality since. I still have it, but sadly it stopped accepting a charge from the battery (I have tried many batteries!) and 'experts' couldn't work out the problem. So I only took photos with it for about 6 months in late 2012 and early 2013.
I keep meaning to find a Canon service centre in Madrid but it is never a priority. However, I owe it to my poor little 'sick' Canon to see if I can make it better! So I must try!!!!!
