Early Morning in Whitehorn Basin

Having spent the night camping in Whitehorn Basin, we had our breakfast of instant oatmeal and coffee and packed up our tent, sleeping bags and other gear, and before setting off for Berg Lake took some early morning photos of the basin. It was wonderful to see the sun after hiking the previous day under threatening skies. We had a beautiful day for hiking ahead of us and would hike in the general direction of the snow-covered peak in the background and up the valley of the Robson River. The previous night, however, I had decided that we were not going on with our hike. My wife had several blisters on her feet (which we fixed with duct tape) and I was exhausted from hiking all day, but we both felt better in the morning and she especially wanted to go on, so on we went.

Like the PiPs too.
Pity you had trouble on your journey, but feet are feet and they must be attended to.
Happy to know you could go on.
Cheers Ron.
