Mediocalcar decoratum 'Jannetje'

Mediocalcar decoratum is in the same genus as the plant pictured below and has similar though differently colored flowers, but the plant is much smaller and more easily contained. The individual growths are only a half inch in size, each of them with a cylindrical pseudobulb topped by three fat little leaves. Like its relative, it is from New Guinea.
